I made this delicious easy soup using my Vitamix.
1 cup broccoli
Small handful of kale
2 cups water
Small handful of cashews
1 Tbs sweet miso
4tsp ume plumb vinegar
A dash of siracha (if you like spicey)
A dash of turmeric, cumin, pepper, sea salt.
Blend on high until hot about 7 minutes
I topped with some mozzarella Daiya and a sprinkle of Herbamare salt.
