For those of you who know me or have stayed at my home you know my breakfast ritual. The only thing that makes me feel complete in the morning is my homemade green juice. It varies from day to day but always includes some basic ingredient. My mom is always asking me to write down a recipe and friends have told me to market it. I’m not one to stick to a recipe so i will give a general list of ingredients that go into the mix.
Warning: the “uglier” or greener the juice, usually the better it tastes
All the ingredients can be blended in a mixer or juiced and blended.
1 large handful of baby spinach, 1-3 Tablespoons of *E3Live (key ingredient), half a frozen banana, a few small pieces of papaya, 1/2 cup ice water , 1/4 cup of one of the following:coconut water, or any nut milk, 1 tsp almond butter or any nut butter of choice, 1-2 tsp of any or all of the following:chia seeds, flax seeds, pea protein, spirulina, cacao powder, superfood.
Depending on what I have in the fridge i’ll add berries,fennel bulb, cucumber, avocado, raw almonds, goji berries etc.. but the above ingredients are my staples.
